In your Bodog window, please go to Preferences, Table Settings, and then select Picture in Picture mode.

Some of Windows Vista's enhanced security features can interfere with our odds calculator's ability to read the screen at some poker rooms. Please make sure to run the application as administrator and disable the UAC (User Account Control) in Vista.

Absolute tables need to be set to "Classic Mode" view. Also, please click the 'D' near the Options menu on the Absolute table to restore the default size if you are having issues.

Click the '1:1' button on the upper right corner of the Betfair screen to return to the default table size.

For PokerStars make sure your window is set to the default size. Click the screen icon near the chip stacks on the PokerStars table. Select 'Cascade Tables' to restore the default size. You must also use the Default Skin.

For Full Tilt Poker, make sure your window is set to the default size. You can do this by clicking LAYOUT-> Back to default size

In Carbon Poker, go to Settings -> Window, then click New Window. Make sure window layout is set to single. Please note that if you resize the table, our software will not be able to read the cards. Re-open your table to fix this.
