Information is collected from our users at several different points during their visit to our site.

Registration --A user must register in order to use this site. During registration, a user is required to vide certain information, such as name, e-mail address and credit card or PayPal information necessary to make payments.

Texas Calculatem™ connects the user's computer to the Texas Calculatem™ server in order to (1) to obtain card location information in the card rooms so auto-read can work and (2) for purposes of software fraud prevention. While doing so, it uses the registration code combined with your hard drive ID to log in.

Optional Information --At various other points during your visit to Texas Calculatem™, you may be asked to vide information about yourself. For example, you may wish to participate in a survey or a contest. Participation in surveys or contests or the use of other services that require the input of additional information is completely voluntary on your part, and you have the choice about whether to disclose the information necessary to use these features of our site.
